Thank you for visiting and shopping Printing2go Promo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks due to the customized nature of your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:
Printing2go Promo currently ships to addresses within the U.S. only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
Upon completion of your order, we will receive tracking details from our factory at which point we will forward it to you via email.
Sales Taxes:
Printing2go Promo will charge sales tax where applicable.
Damages:
In the event of damage to your goods, please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt of your merchandise after which, we will not have a claim with the factory who manufactured your items. Therefore, we will not have means to discuss this on your behalf.
Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return Policy:
Due to the customized nature of your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In the event of a problem with the merchandise ordered, please call our office immediately. We typically have 48 hrs from when our clients receive their customized merchandise to file a claim with our factories. Pls know, we do not produce your items in our office, we have factories all over the country and will 100% work with you on any issue that may arise in the event of your dissatisfaction.
